Payment Method
Adda.io offers an integrated Payment Gateway for users to pay their dues online. Users can log in to their ADDA account, navigate to 'My Unit' and then 'My Dues', and click on the 'Pay' button. They can then select the invoices they wish to pay and click 'Pay Now'. Users can choose their preferred payment method and complete the payment. An instant E-Receipt is generated and the dues get cleared off. The payment gets routed to the Association bank directly from the Nodal Bank and the amount is settled within T+2 days. Users can also make payments through the ADDA App. They can select the invoice required by enabling the checkbox against the invoice, select the mode of payment, and complete the payment. A receipt gets automatically generated on a successful transaction. Users can pay 0 convenience charge using UPI, but they can also use other methods like Net Banking, Credit/Debit card, etc. ADDA also has integration with the Pre-paid electricity meter system in locations where it is used.

Adda Return Policy?
ADDA.io has a refund policy for online payments. In case of an unsuccessful transaction, the money will be automatically refunded to the account in 5 -7 working days. If the refund is not received beyond 7 days, the refund can be claimed by following these steps:
- Get a copy of the bank account statement which shows the money deduction.
- Visit the bank's website and find the dispute form.
- Submit the dispute form online with a copy of the bank statement as proof of debit, stating "Money has been debited from my account and I have not received any services or refund".
The request will reach the "chargeback/dispute department" of the bank to process it further. The customer care department of the bank would not be able to help in refund cases. It's recommended to contact the right department, i.e, the chargeback/dispute department.
Please note that ADDA is associated with a third-party payment gateway provider. A refund thus involves an exchange of information between 3-4 different parties (Bank, partnered bank, and payment gateway). Each of these parties has its own mechanisms to file the refund request, map it to their respective payments that were originally made, and then process it forward. Many of these processes in the banking ecosystem are not fully automated and require a manual check. Hence, it takes some time to conclude.

How To Open A Adda Account?
Joining ADDA.io is a straightforward process. Here are the steps:
- Download the ADDA app.
- Click on CREATE ACCOUNT.
- Search for your community.
- Enter your Name, Email ID, Occupancy Type, Unit No., and Mobile no.
- Click JOIN.
After this, an OTP will be sent. Enter the OTP to complete the process. The account will be activated shortly by the Community Admin. Post-approval, a welcome email with login credentials to ADDA will be received. The same process can be tried through the ADDA.IO website.
